一、開(kāi)機(jī)前的準(zhǔn)備 ：

1、 Preparation before startup:

1.開(kāi)箱后，檢查零件有否松脫。

After opening the box, check if the parts are loose.

2.機(jī)器放置在通風(fēng)干燥的地方，確保機(jī)器處于水平位置。

2. Place the machine in a well ventilated and dry place, ensuring that it is in a horizontal position.

3.按清洗所需加入適量的清洗液于清洗槽內(nèi)。

3. Add an appropriate amount of cleaning solution to the cleaning tank as needed.

4.正確連接電源插頭：請(qǐng)務(wù)必確保所供電源可靠接地。

4. Connect the power plug correctly: Please ensure that the supplied power is reliably grounded.

5.將本機(jī)放置在通風(fēng)干燥的區(qū)域，機(jī)身兩側(cè)有通風(fēng)孔，應(yīng)定期清潔，以便氣流暢通無(wú)阻。

5. Place the machine in a well ventilated and dry area, with ventilation holes on both sides of the body. It should be cleaned regularly to ensure smooth and unobstructed airflow.

6.往清洗槽內(nèi)注入清洗溶液、不能將過(guò)熱的清洗液驟然倒入清洗缸內(nèi)、清洗溶液不能太少、不能在內(nèi)槽無(wú)液體的狀態(tài)下開(kāi)機(jī)、一般若不需加熱、液面大于內(nèi)槽的1/3高度即可，若需加熱、液面高度應(yīng)大于內(nèi)槽的3/4高度。

6. Inject cleaning solution into the cleaning tank. Do not suddenly pour overheated cleaning solution into the cleaning tank. The cleaning solution should not be too small. Do not turn on the machine when there is no liquid in the inner tank. Generally, if heating is not required, the liquid level should be greater than 1/3 of the height of the inner tank. If heating is required, the liquid level should be greater than 3/4 of the height of the inner tank.

7.按動(dòng)“超聲”按鍵，電源信號(hào)燈亮（此時(shí)槽內(nèi)液體開(kāi)始振動(dòng)空化）。若需要加熱則先選擇加熱溫度（室溫~80℃可調(diào)、通常加熱溫度為50℃）然后按動(dòng)“加熱”按鍵；不要讓超聲波內(nèi)槽溶液在80℃以上的溫度下、長(zhǎng)期開(kāi)機(jī)工作。

7. Press the "Ultrasonic" button, and the power signal light will turn on (at this time, the liquid in the tank begins to vibrate and cavitation). If heating is required, first select the heating temperature (adjustable from room temperature to 80 ℃, usually 50 ℃) and then press the "Heat" button; Do not let the ultrasonic solution in the inner tank work for a long time at a temperature above 80 ℃.

8.清洗完畢后，需把超聲波清洗機(jī)的電源關(guān)掉，然后才可放掉需更換的清洗液體。

After cleaning, the power of the ultrasonic cleaning machine needs to be turned off before releasing the cleaning liquid that needs to be replaced.

二、使用注意事項(xiàng) ：

1.為避免清洗槽，因熱脹冷縮的原因而使換能器脫落，因此不能將過(guò)熱的清洗液驟然倒入清洗缸內(nèi)。

2.在保證清洗物件潔凈的前提下，盡可能間斷性工作和不加溫，因?yàn)榧訙睾烷L(zhǎng)時(shí)間超聲工作會(huì)使箱內(nèi)積聚的溫度升高，易加速箱內(nèi)電子器件的老化。

2. On the premise of ensuring the cleanliness of the cleaning objects, work intermittently and without heating as much as possible, because heating and prolonged ultrasonic work will increase the temperature accumulated inside the box, which can accelerate the aging of electronic components inside the box.

3.絕不能使用易燃的清潔劑。

4.正確的選擇清洗劑、對(duì)清洗效果很重要，要根據(jù)所需清洗物體表面的附著物，來(lái)確定清洗劑。一般有：除油劑、除銹劑、除漆劑、除碳劑、去蠟劑、及其它有機(jī)化學(xué)清洗劑。不能將含強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿的溶液注入到清洗槽內(nèi)、去腐蝕清洗槽。

4. The correct choice of cleaning agent is important for the cleaning effect, and the cleaning agent should be determined based on the attachments on the surface of the object to be cleaned. Generally, there are: degreasers, rust removers, paint removers, carbon removers, wax removers, and other organic chemical cleaning agents. Do not inject solutions containing strong acids or bases into the cleaning tank to corrode it.

5.超聲波清洗機(jī)在工作的過(guò)程中、會(huì)使液體產(chǎn)生一定的溫度、使液體產(chǎn)生的液溫、夏天一般穩(wěn)定在55℃左右、冬天在45℃左右。若選用溶劑清洗時(shí)、一定要注意了解溶劑的燃點(diǎn)溫度，若采用易燃溶劑清洗時(shí)、應(yīng)該注意清洗槽內(nèi)的溫度變化、若液體溫度太高則應(yīng)關(guān)閉超聲波電源、待溶劑溫度下降后再清洗、確保安全；若采用易燃溶劑清洗時(shí)“不能加熱”、否則可能會(huì)著火。

During the operation of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, the liquid will generate a certain temperature, which is generally stable at around 55 ℃ in summer and around 45 ℃ in winter. When using solvents for cleaning, it is important to understand the ignition temperature of the solvent. When using flammable solvents for cleaning, attention should be paid to temperature changes in the cleaning tank. If the liquid temperature is too high, the ultrasonic power should be turned off and the solvent temperature should be lowered before cleaning to ensure safety; If flammable solvents are used for cleaning, they should not be heated, otherwise they may catch fire.

6.如有異物落入槽底應(yīng)立即取出。

If any foreign objects fall into the bottom of the groove, they should be removed immediately.

7.換液或排液時(shí)，應(yīng)在槽中清洗液為常溫的情況下進(jìn)行，且一定要關(guān)機(jī)并抽掉電源線。

7. When changing or draining the liquid, the cleaning solution in the tank should be at room temperature, and the machine must be turned off and the power cord must be disconnected.

8.把需要清洗的物體放入清洗籃內(nèi)或?qū)Ｓ脢A具上（被清洗物體不與槽體接觸會(huì)有更佳的清洗效果）。

8. Place the object to be cleaned into the cleaning basket or onto a specialized fixture (the cleaning effect will be better if the object is not in contact with the tank).

9.舊液換新時(shí)，應(yīng)在關(guān)機(jī)狀態(tài)及常溫下進(jìn)行，高溫?fù)Q液會(huì)導(dǎo)致槽體變形，變色。

When replacing old liquid, it should be done in the shutdown state and at room temperature. High temperature liquid replacement can cause deformation and discoloration of the tank body.

10.每次開(kāi)機(jī)工作時(shí)間不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng)，建議開(kāi)機(jī)30分鐘左右應(yīng)停機(jī)幾分鐘散熱，以便更好地保養(yǎng)機(jī)器。

10. The working time for each startup should not be too long. It is recommended to stop the machine for a few minutes after about 30 minutes of startup to dissipate heat, in order to better maintain the machine.

1.機(jī)器應(yīng)避免在陽(yáng)光直接照射下使用或高溫環(huán)境下工作。

12.加熱器安裝在內(nèi)槽后側(cè)的2/3以下的部位，在加熱時(shí)、不要用手去觸摸加熱板部位，小心燙傷；在液位小于2/3內(nèi)槽高度時(shí)不能加熱；建議不要將超聲波內(nèi)槽溶液、長(zhǎng)期加溫到80℃以上、那樣會(huì)縮短超聲波清洗機(jī)的使用壽命。

12. The heater should be installed in the area below 2/3 of the rear side of the inner groove. When heating, do not touch the heating plate with your hands to avoid burns; Heating is not allowed when the liquid level is less than 2/3 of the tank height; It is recommended not to heat the ultrasonic tank solution to above 80 ℃ for a long time, as this will shorten the service life of the ultrasonic cleaning machine.
