針對不同的污垢選擇其專用的清洗劑，例如，油脂的清洗用除油劑、銹漬的清洗用除銹劑等等。專用的清洗劑針對特定污垢起作用，在適應(yīng)性及清洗效率等方面考慮的更加全面。

2、清洗劑表面張力、蒸汽壓、黏度

超聲波清洗的主要機理是空化作用，而清洗劑表面張力、蒸汽壓、黏度等特性與超聲波空化強弱息息相關(guān)，不同的清洗劑其空化閥值也不同。當清洗劑表面張力大、黏度大時是不利于超聲波空化的，而高蒸汽壓也會降低空化強度。因此，表面張力大、蒸汽壓高和黏度大的清洗劑都不利于超聲波清洗。
