超聲波清洗原理主要是利用電路產(chǎn)生每秒四萬次以上的振動，將訊號放大而推動超聲波換能器，超聲波換能器會將電能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C械振動能量，借由各種物體的傳導(dǎo)把能量傳到目標上。

振動元件產(chǎn)生超聲波頻率的振蕩，一般常使用之瓷器燒結(jié)體PZT振動子。使用時在其銀電極上，加上高周波電流，此電流的頻率與PZT振動子之共振頻率相同，引起振動子共振而產(chǎn)生超聲波，并利用空化作用產(chǎn)生氣泡，氣泡清洗過程分為兩種。一種是產(chǎn)生之氣泡，受到后來之高壓波段的壓縮而破裂，破裂產(chǎn)生之音壓及噴水柱沖擊物體表面，造成污物脫體而達到洗凈之效果。另一種則是氣泡沖擊污染物與物體表面之空隙，而此區(qū)間氣泡受音壓變化的影響，不斷膨脹與收縮，氣泡逐步向前，造成污染物漸漸脫離表面。

超聲波系統(tǒng)：
