The cleaning process of the through type spray cleaning machine is automatically controlled by programming, and the equipment consists of a spray cleaning room, liquid storage tank, circulating filtration system, heating system, water cutting system, oil removal system, and drying system. Its working principle is to use high-pressure water spray to impact the surface of the workpiece and combine with the chemical cleaning, oil removal, and water cutting capabilities of the cleaning agent to achieve the goal of cleanliness of the workpiece.

設(shè)備主要由自動(dòng)輸送鏈、噴洗室、噴淋系統(tǒng)、除油裝置、過濾循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、切水系統(tǒng)、烘干系統(tǒng)及電器控制系統(tǒng)等組成。

The equipment mainly consists of an automatic conveyor chain, a washing room, a spraying system, an oil removal device, a filtration and circulation system, a water cutting system, a drying system, and an electrical control system.

1、自動(dòng)輸送鏈：傳送不銹鋼材質(zhì)、鏈條傳動(dòng)，連續(xù)通過式前進(jìn)，確保清洗籃框平穩(wěn)、精確運(yùn)行。

1. Automatic conveyor chain: It is made of stainless steel material and driven by a chain, continuously advancing through, ensuring smooth and accurate operation of the cleaning basket frame.

2、噴淋系統(tǒng)：噴淋清洗共兩套，一道采用藥劑噴淋清洗，二道采用噴淋漂洗，三道采用噴淋漂洗、四道采用噴淋漂洗，五道采用噴淋防銹、內(nèi)腔設(shè)噴管，噴管上設(shè)不銹鋼噴嘴，上下噴淋管噴嘴間錯(cuò)布置，使清洗工件全方面在清洗區(qū)域確保工件清洗時(shí)無(wú)噴淋盲區(qū)，保證工件清洗的潔凈度。

2. Spray system: There are two sets of spray cleaning, one is using chemical spray cleaning, the second is using spray rinsing, the third is using spray rinsing, the fourth is using spray rinsing, the fifth is using spray rust prevention, the inner cavity is equipped with spray pipes, stainless steel nozzles are installed on the spray pipes, and the nozzles of the upper and lower spray pipes are arranged in a staggered manner, ensuring that there are no spray blind spots when cleaning the workpiece in the cleaning area and ensuring the cleanliness of the workpiece cleaning.

3、除油裝置：由于前清洗工位的處理量較大，所以清洗液中的含油量較多，為了防止排水中含油量過大，此工位設(shè)有除油系統(tǒng)。

3. Oil removal device: Due to the large processing capacity of the front cleaning station, the oil content in the cleaning solution is high. To prevent excessive oil content in the drainage, this station is equipped with an oil removal system.

4、過濾循環(huán)系統(tǒng)：循環(huán)過濾槽內(nèi)清洗劑，提高清洗效果。采用袋式過濾器。

4. Filter circulation system: Circulates the cleaning agent in the filter tank to improve the cleaning effect. Using bag filters.

5、切水系統(tǒng)：切水腔內(nèi)單獨(dú)排放到總排水管中，在進(jìn)料和出料外設(shè)有隔離段，防止水霧互竄;前后部設(shè)可拆式檢修窗，以便于設(shè)備檢修和清理。

5. Water cutting system: The water cutting chamber is separately discharged into the main drainage pipe, and there are isolation sections outside the feed and discharge to prevent water mist from flowing together; Install detachable maintenance windows at the front and rear for easy equipment maintenance and cleaning.

6、抽氣系統(tǒng)：各個(gè)噴淋與風(fēng)切段都在側(cè)面開有抽氣孔連接主管，主管前端配置有除霧塔內(nèi)裝拉西環(huán)，配備離心風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行抽氣
